WIMS Intramural Speaker- Dr. Leon McDougle

Women in Medicine and Science (WIMS) at the Ohio State University College of Medicine is pleased to host Dr. Leon McDougle, MD, MPH, Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion at the Ohio State University College of Medicine as our Intramural Speaker.

Dr. Leon McDougle will present a one-hour case-based interactive course on allyship. During case-based interactive discussions and using Just-in-Time resources, we aim to mitigate microaggressions expressed by members of the healthcare team or patients to help optimize work and learning environments from a humanistic perspective.

In person registration is limited to all College of Medicine Faculty. A virtual listening option is available if you are not College of Medicine faculty or if you cannot attend in person. Questions can be directed to wims@osumc.edu.
