2024 ATRN Annual Health Summit

The Appalachian Translational Research Network (ATRN) invites researchers, practitioners, students and community leaders to the 2024 Annual Health Summit, taking place September 30 – October 1, 2025, at the Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center in Abingdon, Virginia.

This year’s theme, “Navigating the Changing Health Landscape in Appalachia,” will spotlight innovative strategies and collaborative approaches to address the region’s evolving health challenges. Key topics include behavioral health, clinical research, environmental health, health equity, telemedicine and workforce development.

Registration is open through Wednesday, September 11, 2024, with fees ranging from $50 for students to $150 for non-members. The summit is hosted by iTHRIV and Virginia Cooperative Extension.
